Yes. Socks are required for both children and adults inside the play area. If you forget yours, socks are available for purchase at the front desk.

Yes. All children must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before entering the play area.

Yes. Safety is our top priority at Happyville. Our play areas are designed with soft, child-friendly materials and are regularly cleaned and maintained. Our team is always present to help ensure a safe and fun environment for all children.

Yes. During regular open play, a parent or responsible adult must remain on-site with the child unless the child is booked for Drop-Off Play.

Reservations are not required for regular walk-in play. Drop-Off Play always requires a reservation.

Memberships renew monthly. A 10-day notice before your next billing date is required to cancel. Membership fees are non-refundable.
